David Duncan is the founder and owner of AP CLAY, a community pottery studio in Asbury Park, New Jersey. A retired neurologist and lifelong creative, his passion for ceramics and community inspired the launch of AP CLAY, which will offer classes, workshops, and memberships. He's hopeful to grow a nonprofit program to provide pottery education to local youth. He is a former Asbury Park resident who now lives in Ocean with his husband and believes in the power of art to bring people together — one mug, bowl, and sculpture at a time.
